Corpore Studio:
Booking and Cancellation Policy

This guideline outlines Corpore Studio’s booking and cancellation policy to provide a clear and structured process for scheduling training sessions. It establishes the rules for reservations, modifications, and no-shows, ensuring users have flexibility within set boundaries. These guidelines aim to maintain an organized schedule, guarantee trainer availability, and promote a smooth experience for all members.

1. Reservation Guidelines

  • Users can reserve their training sessions through the Corpore Studio app (corpore.brainlabfira.es) or via our WhatsApp messaging service.

  • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Changes to session bookings are limited to within the Corpore Studio app or WhatsApp and must also respect the 24-hour notice.

2. No-Show and Cancellation Rules

  • No-shows without notice are limited to twice per user. Exceeding this limit results in an automatic forfeiture of one scheduled session, marked as "completed" in the system without the possibility of rescheduling.

  • A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for any changes, including postponement or rescheduling. This allows us to maintain an organized schedule and notify trainers promptly.

3. Modification Restrictions

  • Modifications to bookings are only permitted if the request is made more than 24 hours in advance. The system will automatically restrict changes or new bookings within the 24-hour window before a session.

  • Sessions may only be modified (rescheduled) or marked as "completed." Cancellations are not permitted to ensure session continuity.

4. Account Management:

  • Users can request account deletions by emailing us at corpore@brainlabfira.es. The deletion process will be handled by our team to ensure data security and compliance with applicable regulations.

5. Additional Provisions

  • Session Expiry: Each scheduled session expires if unused, in line with the no-show policy. Any sessions marked as “completed” due to no-shows cannot be rebooked.

  • Communication: For support or rescheduling, reach out through our WhatsApp messaging channel for quick assistance.

  • Session Validity: All sessions purchased—whether part of a pack or a single session—are valid for a period of three months from the date of purchase.

  • Booking Requirements: Each session must be scheduled at the time of purchase for specific dates and times, even if these are initially tentative. This applies to both single sessions and multi-session packs.

  • Modification Flexibility: Users can later modify these scheduled dates and times as long as changes are made at least 24 hours prior to the session start time. Adjustments to scheduled sessions can be done through our app calendar, allowing users to manage their bookings within policy guidelines.
