Cancellation Policy
Making a Reservation: Reservations for our conference and meeting rooms can be made through the following channels: Online Booking: Access our dedicated online portal to select date, and specific time slots. Email: You can send an email to contact@brainlabfira.es with your booking details and any special requirements. Payment Policy: To confirm any booking, a non-refundable advance payment of 30% of the total cost of the booking is required. This advance is part of the total payment. The remaining balance must be settled no later than the day of the event. Accepted methods of payment include credit card, bank transfer, and other digital payment solutions provided during the booking process. Confirmation of Booking: A booking confirmation will be issued via email upon receipt of the initial payment. This confirmation will include your booking details, payment summary, and a unique booking reference number which should be retained for any communication regarding the booking. Rules for Booking Security and Conduct: All clients and their guests are expected to maintain a level of conduct that does not disturb other users of the facility or disrupt the operations of the venue. The premises must be respected and left in good order; clients may be liable for any damage caused during their use of the facilities. Cancellation Policy Terms of Cancellation Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the booking office via email or through the online booking system. The date on which the notice is received will be considered the date of cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24h prior to the event will incur a late cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation is made less than 24h before the scheduled event, the client will be charged 70% of the total cost of the booking. The remaining 30% of the total cost will be refunded to the client. Cancellations made more than 24h days prior to the event will result only in the forfeiture of the initial 30% deposit.
